1. 1990
   1990

   The company is founded shortly after the revolution. Václav Kluc works full-time at ČKD Praha DIZ and in the evenings and at weekends delivers goods to customers' homes.

2. The number of customers grows so much that it can no longer be managed alongside a job. Mr. Kluc decides to commit to the business and devote himself to it full-time.

3. A partnership with Mr. Kaufman is formed, creating the company ElektroMAT KAUFMAN. Mr. Kluc is a co-owner and his technical expertise proves invaluable – he puts his many years of experience and contacts from the cable industry to full use.

4. 1997
   1997

   The partnership is dissolved and Mr. Kluc is back at square one. An independent company starts out in the premises of the partnership's former retail shop. Earlier contacts from the early days are renewed and the first real long-term partnerships are formed – most of them last to this day.

5. The original premises soon become too small and the company goes through its first big move. The new premises with their own yard serve the company for almost twenty years.

6. 2005
   2005

   Another big, mainly legal, change: the company KLUC - ELEKTROMATERIÁL s.r.o. is established.

7. 2018
   2018

   The company moves to new, larger premises in the Sítná district of Kladno, where it is still based today.
